I facilitate intimate, in-person circles in London, as a way of fostering community and solidarity amongst those looking to understand their cycle holistically and honour their fertility naturally.

Each circle is themed around a reproductive power or theme. From pregnancy, contraception, to postpartum and menopause. Navigating changing fertility or the challenge of particular reproductive health conditions or symptoms.

The circles begin with check-ins, before a small interlude of education around that theme from me. The rest of the hour in circle is spend in conversation.

It is a space to share perspectives and have the opportunity to listen and be heard. To support and feel supported.

The next circle is happening on 31st January 2026, in Peckham, and we'll be exploring what our menstrual blood means to us.
