1. Liability Waiver
By purchasing and/or participating in any programs, courses, or services offered by Clear Cycles, you acknowledge that all information provided is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You assume full responsibility for your participation and release Clear Cycles, its owner, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the materials or practices.

2. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you have completed your order, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

3. Access Term (“Lifetime Access”)
Unless otherwise stated, course purchases include what is described as “lifetime access.” For clarity, lifetime access is defined as five (5) years from the date of purchase. After this time period, access may expire or be discontinued at the discretion of Clear Cycles.
